The Potter’s House Child Development Center
For over thirty years, The Potter’s House Child Development Center has supported young children and their families by providing an excellent academic and quality childcare program within a nurturing Christian environment. An engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum and balanced daily schedule encourages maturity of the whole child, in the areas of physical, intellectual, social/emotional and spiritual growth. This pattern is modeled after the childhood experience of Jesus Christ, as recorded scripturally in Luke 2:52, which reads, “And Jesus grew in wisdom (intellectual) and stature (physical), and in favor with God (spiritual) and men(social/emotional).”
Full Time Childcare and Preschool
Open 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
Breakfast, milk for lunch, and afternoon snack served daily; families provide lunch
Spacious, inviting, age-appropriate outdoor playgrounds, protected from public view
Beautiful, immaculate regulation-sized gym for preschoolers and school-aged children, and an age-appropriate large muscle room for infants/toddlers
Exceptional security features with keyless entry, camera surveillance for indoor and outdoor areas, emergency security alert system, mobile radios, and classroom-connected intercom
Excellent research-based, comprehensive curriculum and welcoming, skilled teaching staff guide the learning and development of all enrolled children, infants through school-age
Our staff provides loving, attentive, and informed care to children 6 weeks through the second grade
School Age Children: Summer Break and Before/After School Care
The Lakota school system provides transportation to and from Heritage Early Childhood School
